Having 4 years of experience in agriculture produce marketing and trading, Shamal is a dynamic entrepreneur expert in the marketing of agriculture produce. With a mission to become one of the best agricultural business houses with a sustainable development model and a mission to expand organic farming through innovation and technology support and give low-skilled labour employment opportunities, Miss. Shamal M. Gondkar-Patil is the backbone of Reesh Agro Farms.

He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and is a real asset to Reesh Agro Farms, developing and managing relationships and programs, cultivating community-connection, working on our product and service enhancements, and supporting the development of the organization.
